The first bedroom boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the second room features a queen-sized bed, and the master bedroom boasts a luxurious King size bed. A full bathroom is situated in the hallway, and the master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. Additionally, the master bedroom provides a private deck area where you can bask in the soothing sounds of the rainforest at night. Big-screen TVs in both the master bedroom and living room, along with a washer and dryer in the hallway, ensure that you have everything you need to navigate through both scorching hot days and rainy afternoons in this beautiful locale. Booking will be considered tacit acceptance of the following rules: A. Quiet hours: 9pm-8am; however at no time shall noise unreasonably disturb our neighbors. B. Audible sound from the house at all times cannot exceed ordinary residential activity levels. C. Vehicles may park in driveway only. D. No commercial use of the property. Also, the hospital is located .5 mile down the the road, and there are several schools down the street toward the ocean. So, the road is traveled throughout the day by locals and the occasional ambulance; there is some road noise. Speaking of noise - there are coqui frogs here! These are all over the wet areas of Hawaii. They only “sing” and night and can be annoying if you like super quiet rooms for sleeping. We recommend ear plugs if you are sensitive to cricket-like sounds. Our AC systems are also not silent. AC is not common in Hawaii do our AC is via wall unit- not central air. This is Hawaii, so there are also Hawaii BUGS that despite our best efforts might get into the unit. This includes the occasional mosquito, roach, millipede, gecko, gnat, fly, and or dragonfly (those these mostly like to hang out at the pool.) They will enter if you leave the doors open.
