Each floor has its own private entrance, and the shared laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor for your use. The entire upper level is reserved just for you and your group. It features three cozy bedrooms, a large private deck, a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, and 2 bathrooms to make you feel right at home. One of the highlights of this home is the spacious deck, where you can soak in stunning ocean and mountain views—an ideal spot for relaxing with your morning coffee, gathering with family, or enjoying evenings under the stars. Each bedroom is designed with different style for each family member, with individual air conditioning units and ceiling fans to keep everyone extra cool and refreshed throughout your stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire second floor, which includes a spacious private deck offering breathtaking views. Additionally, guests may use the laundry facilities, which include a washer and operated dryer with a fee located in the carport/garage. For added convenience, the garage also provides parking for one vehicle- on the left side next to the wall Other things to note ⚠️ A Friendly Reminder We want you to feel safe and comfortable during your stay! Renter’s Insurance is required • A renter’s insurance policy with a minimum of $650,000 liability coverage is required. • Note: If anyone in your group is not an immediate family member (such as a spouse or child), each individual will need their own renter’s insurance policy. 2. Pet Policy • While we love animals, pets are not allowed to help keep the home comfortable for all guests. 3. Extended Stays • For stays longer than 30 days, a LEASE AGREEMENT is required.
