Whip up your favorite meals in the well-appointed kitchen, then gather around the dining table for a leisurely feast or a lively conversation. *** It is important to note that upstairs has very tall ceilings while the downstairs rooms, the downstairs kitchen, laundry, and dining area have short cozy ceilings around 79-80 inches tall which is about 6 feet 7 inches to 6 feet 8 inches. **This apartment is in a raised home with three entrances. There are stairs inside and outside the unit. The Stairs outside are large wooden steps facing the street, a metal staircase in the back balcony patio, and the stairs inside are narrow wooden steps with metal support. You can enter from downstairs into a bedroom or you will need to walk up a full flight of stairs to enter the apartment upstairs! The 2nd floor Apartment entrance that faces the street enters into the upstairs bedroom, and the 2nd floor entrance from the metal stair case in the back of the house enters the kitchen ** This is the back town-home in a 3 unit historic triplex! Kitchen is located on the 2nd floor. Laundry is located on the first floor with shorter ceilings. When you enter the apartment from the 2nd floor entrance you will enter into the tall and spacious bedroom which has a king bed and tall windows all around the right hand side of the room. The Natural lighting in this room is second to none. At the end of the hallway you will walk into a the living/dining room that has a beautiful bar height breakfast table. Inside of the dining room/ kitchen you will see a full kitchen on your right hand side with a exterior entrance to the back patio and the back balcony. On the left hand side of the room you will see a staircase that leads down stairs and you will see a bathroom door that leads to one of the full baths. This upstairs full bath has a bathtub and exposed gold faucet features. If we head downstairs you will find a full bath and laundry room, another patio exit and two more bedrooms. Remember that downstairs has short ceilings. Directly at the bottom of the stairs you will see the downstairs bathroom in front of you with an exterior exit to you left. The bathroom is a full bath with a long walk in shower and a laundry! To your right you will see short hallway with two bedrooms. The bedroom on the left has king bed and is super cute and the bedroom on the right has a queen bed. Every Bedroom & the dining area has their own smart Roku TV for you to sign into your own TV apps! Situated just four blocks from the streetcar line and the Endymion parade route, you'll have easy access to the vibrant energy of the city. May see wildlife that are native to New Orleans. Property is Historic building that has been restored and updated. The property has monthly pest control. Although unlikely, may see wildlife. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent wildlife from accessing property. Video surveillance in exterior on the top corner of the balcony. There are no video cameras or surveillance in the rooms. Exterior property surveillance cameras for your safety. The property is under pest control but we are close to city park so although unlikely may see wildlife. The neighbors have chickens and roosters. Ground level has short ceilings.* Home sleeps up to 10 guests, please reach out for additional guest as there is an additional charge after 4 guests and to make sure that we provide the correct amount of linens and amenities for your guests. Air-mattresses, pack and play crib, and high chairs available upon requests. Indoor smoking is not permitted and a $500 penalty will be the result of indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking is permitted, but please keep all doors closed while smoking outdoors to avoid penalty. Keyless entry with a smart lock and smart thermostat. Due to city regulations, we use Minut Home Monitoring System that require us to monitor sound for parties and gatherings. During quiet hours of 10pm - 7 am the home monitoring system is set to 75 decibles. Violations of the house rules will result in you being asked to leave with out refund if problems persist for more than 30 minutes. This is one unit in a Historic New Orleans 3 plex. Located in MidCity New Orleans. We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches ( I.e bleach stains, burn marks, or tears.) furthermore our Housekeeping does their best to make sure that there are no hairs in the towels, if a hair is left behind, it's from the Housekeeping staff. We strive for this that never happen. If you are not satisfied with our linens please let us know, and we will swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the proper number of guests as linens are prepared for the number of guests. We have exterior surveillance cameras for your safety and the protection of the property. Cameras record sound and video. There are Minut sound monitoring systems in the living room of the apartment to prevent parties and gatherings and enforce quiet hours.
