There are 3 Full size beds All bedrooms are located on the second floor separate from the dining and living space. Living room, dining area , kitchen & bathroom are located on the first floor. Back patio with gas bbq grill. New quiet cool AC units and ceiling fans keep this house cool and comfortable. There is a reserved parking space for one car. Sandy back yard with Adirondack chairs & table Beach passes are not included, you can easily purchase them at the entrance to the beach. This is a pet free/ smoke free home No exceptions. Strictly ages 30 and over. Tenants must bring their own beach chairs, surfboards, boogie boards, umbrellas, bicycles as well as bed, bath & beach linens. FYI - there are local linen & beach chair rental services available in the event you want to lighten your packing. A quick online search will return several local companies.
