Our cozy waterfront bungalow is on a lagoon in a family friendly, historic area. Enjoy beautiful water views and sunsets from the large fiberglass deck, under-deck stamped concrete patio, the backyard, or the pier. Fish and crab right from our pier. Bring your paddle boards, kayaks, and tubes for playing in the lagoon. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a pullout queen sofa bed. Ability to sleep up to 6 people. The space Our house is located only 25 houses from the bay, which is a 'straight shot' out of our lagoon. We are a short drive to Long Beach Island or Atlantic City. Take a walk to the Tuckerton Bay beach. Local fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, hunting, golf, parks with pickle ball, tennis, basketball, soccer, jogging trails, and much more. There are restaurants, pubs, the Pinelands Brewery, Acme supermarket and a Super Walmart right in town. The LBI National Golf & Resort is also close by. Visit the historic Tuckerton Seaport, Lizzy Rose (for live music), and quaint local shops. Batsto Village and Smithville are also a short drive away. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy, or just relax in the sun! Guest access Our "Changeover Day" is every SUNDAY. We offer five (5) night minimum stays with lower weekly rates. All five (5) and six (6) night stays must be booked within the same week, and your "Check-out" day must always be on or before Sunday morning at 11:00am. Your "Check-in" day may be adjusted as required. “Check-in” days are Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays. “Check-out” days are Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Full access to the living space, decks, under-deck stamped concrete patio, spacious outdoor shower, yard, and pier/dock. House layout includes: 2 Bedrooms, 1 full Bath with large tile shower, Kitchen, Living Room, a large exterior fiberglass deck overlooking the pier/dock and lagoon, and a stamped concrete patio under the deck. Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, small microwave oven, toaster, blender, and Keurig and drip coffee makers, and even a few spices and condiments. A Gas BBQ Grill is located on patio under the rear deck (must stay on lower level). Kitchen dining area with a table and 4 chairs, counter bar area with up to 4 stools. The table expands to accommodate up to 6 people. High Speed WiFi Internet is provided. A 42" Smart HDTV in the Living room with streaming services: Flex, YouTubeTV, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN; or easily logon to your own subscriptions. Hosts will provide all bed linens, pillows, and blankets, some cleaning supplies, and dishwasher soap tablets. Hosts will also provide a 'starter' roll of toilet paper and paper towels, and trash bags. Guests must replenish these items as needed during their stay. Guests must supply their own towels, wash cloths, toiletries, soap & shampoo, trash bags, and all other consumables during their stay. Boat Dock Fee: Small Boats (approximately 15’ or less) may be allowed to dock in front of Homeowner’s boat at the floating dock. Guests MUST discuss their intention to dock a boat with the Homeowner PRIOR to Check-in and agree to pay the Dock Fee (per stay). Right of Access: Guests shall allow Homeowners access to the property for the purposes of inspection, repairs, and for free use of the garage and dock to access their boat. Homeowners will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Other things to note Fish and crab right from our pier. Bring your paddle boards, kayaks, and tubes for playing in the lagoon. The Tuckerton Bay beach is located at the end of Green Street which is around the corner from our house. It is just a short walk to enjoy fishing, crabbing, and 'worshiping the sun' while overlooking the bay! Remember to bring bicycles to cruise around the streets of Tuckerton Beach or into town. Private off-street parking is available in the front of the property for up to 6 vehicles. Please remember that Life Jackets are required for all children while near or in the lagoon. We love pets, but sorry, due to other guests with allergies, NO PETS are allowed. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere within or on this property. Thank you!
