The ocean is close in enough in the distance so you can hear the waves rolling in. The space This is a permitted vacation rental property. We are able to accept less than 30 days rentals. Please see NUC number below. Spacious and sunny family home on stunning “Turtle Beach” – perfect for big groups! Amenities include large deck, hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, hammock, gated off street parking, wi-fi and air conditioning. Sleeps a maximum of 10 guests; please see below for a detailed description of the bedrooms. The Beach - The spacious beachfront yard leads to stunning Laniakea Beach. Miles long, this beach is famous for the sea turtles that love to swim and sunbathe in the area. You will see incredible sunsets every evening, and the views also include Ka’ena Point, distant rainbows, and excellent stargazing at night. The beach is never crowded, so you will always have plenty of sand to yourself. A lifeguard stand is located two homes down the beach. The swimming is wonderful during late spring, summer and fall. Winter brings bigger waves to the island, and you are in close distance to the surf breaks Lani’s, Chuns, Holtons, Waimea, Sunset and Pipeline. Please note that at times the sand can go out and you may have to walk over two homes to the side to access the beach instead of right in front of the home.
