"Laniakea Beach House" A spacious and sunny 5 bedroom 4 bathroom. This beach house has direct beach access, yard, sun deck, & hot tub! The ocean is close in enough in the distance so you can hear the waves rolling in. This is a permitted vacation rental property. We are able to accept less than 30 days rentals. Amenities include large deck, hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, hammock, gated off street parking, wi-fi and air conditioning. Sleeps a maximum of 10 guests; please see below for a detailed description of the bedrooms. The Beach - The spacious beachfront yard leads to stunning Laniakea Beach. Miles long, this beach is famous for the sea turtles that love to swim and sunbathe in the area. You will see incredible sunsets every evening, and the views also include Ka’ena Point, distant rainbows, and excellent stargazing at night. The beach is never crowded, so you will always have plenty of sand to yourself. A lifeguard stand is located two homes down the beach. The swimming is wonderful during late spring, summer and fall. Winter brings bigger waves to the island, and you are in close distance to the surf breaks Lani’s, Chuns, Holtons, Waimea, Sunset and Pipeline. The entire property is all yours! The house is a private, detached, single family, fenced in, beach front home with no other tenants on site. We provide guests with a free app that includes driving directions, move in instructions, information about the house and loads of info about our island. We love to share our favorite recommendations with guests, and are available in the office 7 days a week to answer your questions. After hours we use an answering service in case you need reach us about anything urgent. The beach house is conveniently located just a few miles from Haleiwa Town. Haleiwa Town is home to many weekly art fairs, North Shore Surf & Cultural Museum, shopping and much more! Haleiwa Beach Park is known for Stand Up Paddling, river tours, snorkeling. The activities are endless when it comes to staying on The North Shore of Oahu. The area is known for beautiful hikes, historical sites, waterfalls, botanical gardens, and, of course, a few of the most famous surf beaches on earth. Pearl Harbor is about 20 miles away, the airport 25, and Waikiki 30. Public Transportation is possible and a bus stop is located just up the block, but we highly recommend a car as there are many spots you will want to see on the island that aren't accessible by bus. Taxis are available in this area if you call ahead, Uber and Lyft are more readily available than in the past.
