Come experience our remodeled 2 bedroom air conditioned condo thats across the road and a short walking distance from sandy beach in Kahana - between Ka'anapali and Kapalua. This is a great location for exploring all the best beaches Maui has to offer. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Located between Kaanipali and Kapalua Golf courses (10 mins to either) This is a remodeled Air Conditioned 2 bedroom condo walking distance from the ocean with sandy beach access in Kahana located between Kaanapali beach and Kapalua. There are 2 pools for non-beach days, new BBQ area, clubhouse, with inside laundry facilities. Reserved parking right next to condo. Amazing location for exploring the #1 beaches Maui has to offer including Kaanapali, Napili and Kapalua to name a few. Restaurants, sports bars and shopping within short walking distance. A beautiful sandy beach for snorkeling, SUP, surfing, or just playing in the waves. Kaanipali and Kapalua Golf courses (10 mins to either) WASHER AND DRYER ARE AVAILABLE IN LAUNDRY ROOM BY THE FRONT OFFICE, AND THE PRICE IS $1.50 EACH License #440010510047 TA-099-165-7984-01 Self checkin. Door should be unlocked and set of keys on the counter. The lockbox is for emergency's. Please leave the spare key in lockbox at all times. Please lock the door when you leave and leave keys on counter. Thank you!. Check in and checkout are self-serve. You willl be emailed checkin instructions one week prior to arrivial. Our on island manager is available if needed. Our complex is very large and extends right up to the ocean. Most of the units are arranged around the outside of the grounds, and the large interior grounds with lots of trees, grass, and lush vegetation in a park-like setting. The pools and BBQ areas are both in the garden area and ocean front. The units are not set up like typical condos. The complex is made up of individual private duplexes (each building has only 2 units - 1 upper like ours and 1 lower) so there are no adjoining walls with other units. This allows the upper units like ours to have vaulted high ceilings and huge lanais. The ocean at Kahana Beach is just a short walk away . You can access the beach by walking through the left side of the Condo complexright in front of our unit. Kahana beach usually has calm seas and good snorkeling. The beach gets wider as you go south. The lagoon/inner-reef directly in front of the complex is a wonderful place to explore. There are also many, many other great beaches within a short distance of the unit. If you do not have snorkeling gear you can rent at Boss Frogs which is a 1 minute walk next to Dollies Pizza. The Kahana Gateway Shopping Center is only a 1 minute walk away. You can get there from the back of our complex without having to go on a public road. There you will find a general store, restaurants like Maui Brewing Company, banks, gas station, a coffee shop/internet café, McDonalds, and shops providing locally-made and imported items. Just a short distance (1 minute walk) down Lower Honoapiilani Road is the Valley Isle Resort, the home of the Valley Isle Fitness Center. If you're missing your daily workout at the gym "back home" – this is the place to go. There are so many other places and beaches close by that you will also want to explore. Whalers Village and the Kaanapali beach area is just a 7 minute drive. Organic foods, diary-free foods, and supplements are available at the Farmers market just a 3 minute drive south from our unit. 10 minutes to the North is Kapalua and Napili bay for more amazing snorkeling. Most people rent a car for their Maui stay as there are many places to explore and rentals cars are readily available both at the airport or on the west side by the condo. It takes about 45 minutes from the airport to get to the west side of Maui by car. There is also Uber, taxi service and shuttle service like the Maui Shuttle from the airport to Kahana. We have used Uber and taxi from airport. The taxi is about $80, Uber is a little cheaper. The Maui Bus public transport goes by every 30 minutes from Kahana to Whalers Village and to Downtown Lahaina. The service by our unit is the Napiili Islander.
