The Upham House in Salem's Historic North Fields

Minutes walk to Downtown Salem and train station. You will have full access to the entire house and a large backyard. Built around 1900, this granite foundation house is solid and sound. You will feel right at home here. Within a 8 minute easy walk, you can be anywhere in downtown Salem. 5 minute walk to the MBTA "T" station to Boston, Rockport, or Gloucester. Plenty of parking! We welcome guests from all backgrounds and will help you have the best experience possible. Enjoy Salem! The space Spotless and comfortable! Two bathrooms, all new windows, interior painted, and floors refinished. This solid historic house with granite foundation built around 1900 has the quality of yesteryear. There is plenty of parking for at least 6 vehicles, and a short walk to downtown Salem Massachusetts! Guest access You will have access to all of the house, yard, parking, tiki bar, etc. Other things to note Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave are in the kitchen with as well. Kitchen stove/oven is gas. Bring your favorite snacks and food or walk downtown to one of many gourmet restaurants! Delicious Coffee and Espresso and breakfast and lunch sandwiches at Spells Coffee Shop one street over on North Street (delivery available).
