Maui Kamaole, M110 quiet, peaceful, close to beach

Extensively remodeled condominium with new kitchen, bathrooms, tiled floors, appliances, lighting, split A/C in bedroom living rooms, plumbing hardware. Comfortable furniture, California king bed, smart cable TVs in living/bedroom with complete channel and streaming (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) line-up. You will be the only guest in this condo. We live only five minutes away, but as a rule, we do not interact with the guests unless they have a question. Assigned parking. No steps/stairs. The space Our condominium, Unit No. M-110, has 850-sq ft and is located at the back of the Maui Kamaole complex, near two tennis courts, and the best BBQ area in the complex. The tennis courts are newly resurfaced and are easy to reserve a playing time Our condo is near the upper pool, but not so near as to be bothered by the noise from the pool. Free, assigned parking spot is L-22. No steps or stairs from your parking spot to our condo. No stairs or steps in the condo. You will have private access to our condominium; you will not share it with any other guests. The only areas that you will share will be the condominium complex common areas - such as the swimming pools, BBQ areas, hot tubs at each of the pools, tennis courts, etc. Guest access Full access to the condominium as well as to the two pools and all BBQ areas. Upon booking the unit, we will provide you with the code to the lock box on our door and the simple access instructions. Contactless check-in. We preregister all guests with available information. Maui Kamaole will send you a Welcome Letter on the day of your arrival which will include easy instructions to complete the registration process. Contactless departure. Likewise, upon your departure there is no need to drop the keys by the Front Desk when you are in a hurry to get to the airport. Both bathrooms have showers and, of course, have locks, as does the master bedroom. Neither bathroom has a tub. Other things to note Our Tax ID numbers are GE/TA -214-427-6480-01. We post copies of our tax license/certificate of registration in our condo, together with emergency contact information. We will provide you with that contact information prior to your arrival on Maui. All guests staying after January 1, 2026, will be required to sign a liability waiver and release. We do not rent our condominium to smokers and Maui Kamaole is a non-smoking complex. If you are a smoker, you should find accommodations in another condominium complex. The Doctor-Governor of the State pf Hawaii has determined that tourists to Hawaii cause and have caused climate change. Moreover, other politicians from the State of Hawaii have determined that the fire in Lahaina some two years ago was caused by climate change. Therefore, tourists to Hawaii are responsible for the billions of dollars in damages and the loss of at least 100 lives. Accordingly, the State will impose an additional 0.75 per cent addition to to the TAT. This additional tax will annually generate $100 million in new revenue. The Governor guarantees us that all of these revenues will be used to fight climate change, e.g., controlling the weather, reducing erosion caused by the waves, etc. Guests booking our condominium after January 1, 2026, will required to pay the Transient Accommodations Tax of 11 percent, rather than 10.25 percent.
