Remodeled condominium in 2016 with new kitchen; bathrooms; tiled floors; appliances; revamped lighting; very quiet, split A/C in bedroom and living room; new plumbing hardware; comfortable furniture in living room; California king bed, cable TV with a 55-in HD, smart television and complete channel and streaming (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) line-up. 4% GET and 10.25% TAT (Hawaii taxes) and 3 % Maui County TAT, plus cleaning/guest check-in fee included in the condo rental. Our condominium, about 850-sq ft, Unit No. M-110, is located at the back of the Maui Kamaole complex, near two tennis courts, and the best BBQ area in the complex. It is near the upper pool, but not so near as to be bothered by the noise from the pool. Free, assigned parking spot is L-22. You will have private access to our condominium; you will not share it with any other guests. The only areas that you will share will be the condominium complex common areas - such as the swimming pools, BBQ areas, etc. Full access to the condominium as well as to the two pools and all BBQ areas. Upon booking the unit, we will provide you with the code to the lock box on our door and the simple access instructions. Contactless check-in. We preregister all guests with available information. Maui Kamaole will send you a Welcome Letter on the day of your arrival which will include easy instructions to complete the registration process. Contactless departure. Likewise, upon your departure there is no need to drop the keys by the Front Desk when you are in a hurry to get to the airport. Both bathrooms have showers and, of course, have locks, as does the master bedroom. Neither bathroom has a tub. Guests should feel free to contact us by email or telephone if they are having trouble operating the televisions or appliances. We do leave detailed operating instructions in the unit. We reside in nearby Wailea, five minutes away, but usually do not meet our guests, unless there is an emergency or our guests need information. We prefer that you enjoy your privacy while you are on vacation. Our condominium is located in the Maui Kamaole complex, one of the premier sites in South Maui. We are within a short driving distance to a number of very nice beaches in Maui. There is a plethora of free parking at these beaches, We provide free parking. Most, but not all visitors, rent a car when they come to Maui. Bus stops are less than a 10 minute walk from the condominium. The buses run on a frequent, published schedule to get you around the island. Important note. Airbnb should add the following taxes to the sum of the guest rental plus registration and departure cleaning fees - 4% percent GET / 10.25% percent TAT and 3% for Maui County TAT taxes. We are required by state and county laws to collect and remit those taxes. Our Tax ID numbers are GE/TA -214-427-6480-01. We post copies of our tax license/certificate of registration in our condo, together with emergency contact information. We will provide you with that contact information prior to your arrival on Maui. We do not rent our condominium to smokers and Maui Kamaole is a non-smoking complex. If you are a smoker, you should find accommodations in another condominium complex.
