This beautiful Peter Rusnak designed condo was completely remodeled in 2016. Every appliance is new, as well as all the furniture, kitchen accessories and linens. It has a new quiet split AC system that provides comfortable temperatures in all living areas. Kamaole Sands Building #2 looks over the gorgeous gardens with views out to the ocean. Watching the sunset from the lanai table is breathtaking! The condo is beautifully decorated with island style furniture throughout. The entire unit is decorated with my Hawaiian images collection. Every image is available for purchase and a 50% off limited collections code is given to all that stay in 2-304. You will find the discount code in a welcome post card when you arrive in the condo. The views from the unit and lanai are absolutely amazing year around. You will see sunsets for the majority of the year without leaving the lanai. During the winter months you can see whales as well. You will have access to the entire condo with the exception of the owners closets. Often David is on island and is happy to offer assistance if needed. We do provide 24 hour assistance from our on-island representative to assure your piece of mind. Kamaole Sands in South Kihei is directly across the street from the beautiful Kamaole III beach. The resort and beach is a very family friendly environment. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, Kamaole Sands is one of the nicest resorts in South Kihei. Private parking and elevators makes Kamaole Sands a great resort for people of all ages and abilities. While it is recommended to rent a car on Maui, Lyft and Uber are now very active on the island. You just want to make sure that you allow for plenty of island time when arranging these modes of transportation. Kamaole Sands requires a one time resort fee of $40.00 USD upon check-in. The office is open everyday 24/hrs.
