With it's 10th floor location and wrap around lanai, this gorgeous home provides expansive views that stretch from the lush West Maui mountains across the courtyard and out to Kaanapali Beach. This condo has been fully remodeled along with beautiful furnishings. King bed in master, Queen sofa sleeper in living room. NOTE: This unit will only accommodate 2 people max. No exceptions. All units feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, and a large private lanai (balcony). Free WiFi. Located right on the famous Kaanapali Beach nestled between Whalers Village and Black Rock. Imagine walking right out of your resort to some of the best restaurants on the island. Only a short walk from Black Rock where you can snorkel and swim with the giant Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles and Maui's colorful fish. Board the Teralani or Gemini Charters right off the beach to go for a day of sailing and special snorkel spots like Honolua Bay Marine Reserve. Enjoy dining and music at Leilani's and Hula Grill. It just doesn't get much better than this! NOTICE: Tower Two is currently undergoing a spalling project thru April 24th. Please note there will be scaffolding present in various sections around Tower Two. This unit #1074 is tentatively scheduled for the dates between March 14thru April 24th (dates may vary). Work schedule is Monday thru Fridays 8am - 4pm, and may include weekends. Starting on January 1, 2024 the daily Resort Fee will be $31/day plus tax and is payable when you check in at the front desk, which covers parking and resort amenities. On April 1, 2024 the fee will increase $33/day and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to $35/day. Rental cars are recommended to see Maui's sites but if you are staying on the West side we do have shuttles, taxis, bike and moped rentals, and the Maui Bus pickup and drop off is at the front entrance of the Whalers Village Mall, which is right next to The Whaler on Ka'anapali Beach Resort! WE HIGHLY SUGGEST PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR VACATION INVESTMENT** A NON-SMOKING RESORT in accordance with Hawaii`s "Smoke Free" law. This includes all interiors, exteriors, and common areas. There is a designated smoking area located by the parking lot. This includes any type of vaping as well. Fresh linens, bath towels and wash cloths are provided, and all kitchen items: drip-style coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware and dish towels. *Daily maid service is NOT provided*. But can be arranged for an additional fee. Complimentary laundry facilities located on each floor for guest use. In addition, our home is equipped with a complimentary "Starter Kit" of supplies: Paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, new kitchen sponge with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hotel-size bar soap, shampoo, and lotion. *Starter kit items are not replenished.* PLEASE NOTE: This particular unit has a 5 night minimum and 10 nights during the Christmas and New Years Holiday.
