The cottage has views of the water from all rooms, a private back yard to relax in the hammock by the water or enjoy cookouts or cocktails. Watch the lobster and fishing boats go by or catch fish of your own from the dock. This is a great house in a great setting close to all the major attractions on the lower cape. It's only a few minutes to the National Seashore, or the bay side beaches by car. Close to great golf courses in Brewster, Chatham, and Truro. Cape Cod Rail Trail parking is less than 1 mile away. Also, only a few minutes to Orleans and Wellfleet center with lots of restaurants, and shopping. House has new updated kitchen, large screen TV, Internet, washer and dryer, fireplace, Webber gas grill, and outdoor shower. The house includes (2) great one person sea kayaks, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 Tommy Bahama beach umbrellas, lots of boogie boards and beach toys. House is located directly across from bald eagle nest with spotting scope in house. Bed linens and towels are not supplied. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. If this is an issue contact the owner for options. Renters are not allowed to moor their boat at the dock. Dock space is for owners only.
