When you first open the door at Mahana 1113, you are facing a wall of windows showcasing the panoramic views of endless waves and the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. The Mahana at Kaanapali provides everything you need for your vacation in paradise. From the lanai you will often see turtles in the crystal-clear water, and from December through April watch humpback whales breach from the ocean. Bring your binoculars for a close-up, unobstructed view of the sea life. Watching turtles and whales from this vantage point feels like floating on top of the world. Notice: From April 14 to June 16, 2025, exterior window and sliding door re-sealing will take place in the Lanai Tower only. While most work is non-intrusive, AOAO staff may need brief access to your lanai area on scheduled days (with at least 2 days' notice). Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. **We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors.
