Beachfront Home on Mayflower Beach

Please note - we are fully booked for the summer and fall of 2025. Three-level two-family house on a quiet, shorefront residential street, convenient to restaurants, attractions, shopping and harbors. House is located directly on a private beach and features magnificent ocean views from upper level. Access to the beach is by a short walkway and stairway to the beach, both of which are entirely on our property. Distance from the door of the unit to the beach stairway is less than 70 feet. Fully furnished, comfortable and up to date, this beach house has two decks and a stone patio. We completed extensive renovations to the house from 2017 - 2023. The house has central air conditioning. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are newly renovated and contain quality bedding, new oceanfront slider, plush carpeting and furnishings. New flooring was installed on the main level in Fall 2019. The house features top quality kitchens and are in excellent condition, including custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, flat screen HD TV's with Blue Ray (50" TV in the family room and 55" TV in the lower level bedroom), with expansive high definition channel lineup through Xfinity by Comcast, wireless internet, quality sound system, leather couches, and renovated bathrooms. We supply sheets, bath towels, beach towels, sand chairs and various floats and children's toys. The house contains a new, large capacity washer and dryer. The exterior has an upper deck with unobstructed, magnificent ocean views, a 21 ft. by 10 ft side deck and a lower level stone patio. The stone patio contains a large, enclosed hot/cold shower. The side deck, (completely reconstructed in May 2022) has a large, hardwood dining table and 8 chairs and Weber Spirit gas grill. This is a two-family house but we do not rent the other unit. We use it ourselves as our vacation house. When you begin your rental with us, you can be assured that the house will be in absolutely immaculate condition. You will not find a cleaner, better maintained property. Our rental period during the summer runs from Saturday to Saturday. We do not vary the check in days or rent for less than a week. OUR MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 PERSONS, INCLUDING CHILDREN WITH A MINIMUM AGE OF 5 YEARS OLD. WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS OR OTHER PETS. Absolutely no exceptions. Check in time is 2:30PM and check out time is 10:00AM. NOTE CAREFULLY - ONCE YOU COMMIT TO RENTING WITH US, WE SEND YOU OUR STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH SETS FORTH IN DETAIL OUR POLICIES. ONCE YOU SIGN THE AGREEMENT AND PAY THE DEPOSIT, IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE TO CANCEL UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE PROPERTY, WHICH WE WILL USE BEST EFFORTS TO DO.
