The 2500 sq ft residence offers 3 bedrm suites w/ private baths. Top quality design and materials thru out. Fabulous kitchen fully stocked, Weber grill, bar frig, expresso machine, beach chairs and bikes. Beautiful gardens frame your view as you sit on the patio and watch the boats go by. The space Open floor plan offering an 8 ft long center island in the kitchen, living rm with built-ins and dining area. First floor master bedroom and bath, half bath and utility room , 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms 2 baths plus family room/ office that leads to a large upper deck overlooking the salt water river. Walk .5 mile to a town sandy beach. Shopping is a short drive to town of MASHPEE COMMONS. High season June into Sept 7 night minimum. Flexibility available for other weeks. Do enjoy the charming town of Falmouth and surrounding Cape towns when the tourists have gone and the quiet beauty of the shore can be yours . For what you would spend in a quality hotel for 1 suite you get 3 suites and all this custom home offers!! No pets please. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. I live 10 minutes away and will have the front door open for your arrival and 2 sets of keys on the foyer table. Other things to note I have notes in the house that give you information about how things work, AC, remotes, trash. We have multiple TV's, books, local and Cape Chamber materials. One main rule please. I ask that no food be brought into the bedrooms. Main rule 2 please retore TV settings back to the standard Comcast settings if you have changed inputs to use Roku sticks or streaming services. No events allowed over 12 guests without landlord permission. A local company rents kayaks and delivers directly to the property. I do not provide kayaks for liability reasons.
