There is no running water into the house itself, but there is an electric well pump delivering water 200 yards from the house. There is an outhouse and a wood fired sauna to bathe. All the amenities are there, but in a different format than in a regular house. It is small and quaint. This is set on a quiet piece of land only 10 minutes from downtown Ennis.
