Located a short distance from Queens Market Place and Lava Lava Beach Club, F32 is near all the best sights and golf in South Kohala. With elevator access to this top floor unit, guests will enter into an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and views of Kohala Mountain and the golf fairway. The lush greenery of the 15th and 16th holes of the Waikoloa Beach Course beckon you to the outdoor patio. The master bedroom boasts fairway views and offers a king size bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a complete bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and the upstairs loft also offers a desk and seating area with an additional sofa sleeper for versatility in sleeping arrangements. F32 will accommodate up to 6 guests and is outfitted with all the comforts of home, including a well-stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, HD TV's in both bedrooms and living room, central air-conditioning and WIFI. Other amenities of this outstanding vacation rental include a reserved parking stall, complimentary access to the Fairway Villas exercise room and infinity pool complex and discounted rates at the Waikoloa Resort golf courses. Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and covered lanai. Built in 2003, the Fairway Villas are contemporary Hawaiian Plantation town homes located across the lake from the King's Shops. All units offer an island-style feeling appropriate for the plush setting of Waikoloa Beach Resort. All guests who stay at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use the communal pool & hot tub, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairway Villas is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price). Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
