Maui Vista: Walk to beach & restaurants-Pickleball

Aloha! E komo mai. We hope you will come and stay in our beautiful 590 ft 2 condo at Maui Vista located on the second floor in a quiet location of Building 2. We hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do and we welcome you into our home away from your home. Find us on face book /MauiVista2219/ Mahalo The space Special items we have for you: WIFI, laptop, VOIP phone, Spectrum Cable TV, shampoo and conditioner, soap, sunscreen, and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook some good Hawaiian product food, and even barbecue on the outdoor grills. There is a brand new 18 cu ft refrigerator to store a those Costco supplies for your extended stay . There is a coffee maker and blender for your morning. And for the sand; Beach Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags snorkel gear, boogie boards and noodles. We have 2 tennis courts just at your front door and we supply tennis rackets. A brand new laundry center inside the condo for you to use while you are there. There is a 100% refundable Linen Fee ($250) when the you leave the condo clean according to the rental agreement terms. Our condo has air conditioning in the bedroom, if the breeze and fans do not suit you. Since we are not facing the setting sun, the condo stays very cool and it is so peaceful with just the sound of the birds in the beautiful trees outside your lanai. Its so nice to leave your windows open and enjoy all that Hawaii has to give you. There is a flat-screen TV with Spectrum cable and DVD player is ready for your viewing. You have free secured Wi-Fi internet access and we have a laptop on our desk for the guests to use to check the surf conditions or email your friends about your adventures. The condo is so safe you can leave the sliding door open while you adventure around the island and even the louver windows in the bedroom and living room the breezes and sounds of the birds are amazing. Once dinner is cooked enjoy dinner on the lanai in the warm Maui evening. After dinner take a walk up and down South Kihei Rd and enjoy the warm evening and moonlight beach walk. Kihei main district of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and shopping (for the unlucky one's back home) is a short walk past Cove beach There is a free non-assigned parking space for your rental car and you are just steps away from of the Maui's best beaches - Kamaole I and Charlie Young Beach. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers and towels for your trip to the beach. Find us on face book under mauivista2219 Guest access During these times of the pandemic, no outside visitors will be allowed into the inside or outside on the lanai. All guest who are not registered as airbnb guests are not allowed into the condo unit, if there airbnb guests have friends on the island it is best to meet them in the common areas or at the beach, park, or at a restaurant. The danger of the transmission of the virus to our cleaning crew is too high and risky for us to change our policy. Each time the Airbnb guests goes outside of the condo, when entering again, please immediately wash your hands and make sure all the items brought in from the outside have been sanitized. Remove your shoes and wash them in the shower. If you feel sick while staying at the condo please contact local authorities and let the owner or property manager know about your illness immediately. If an Airbnb guest sneezes or is coughing in the unit please make sure that you wear facing covering to control the mucous droplets that fall on the surfaces There are 6 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, and 3 barbecue areas. Tennis codes are available at the front office with a deposit- you can keep the key for the tennis courts during your stay. Other things to note The 10.25% TA the 4.166% GE tax is added to the nightly rental price.
