There is one locked closet in the master bathroom for housekeeping service items. Guests have access to my Property Manager in person, by phone and by email. Guests also have my cell phone number and email. I am able to assist guests in their requests/needs/vacation planning and suggestions at all times. The condo is in Wailea, a pristine well-kept community. Maui's 5 world class beaches are located in this neighborhood all within a few minutes' drive. There is also fine dining, shopping, and a grocery store within a 10 minute walk. The island and area is serviced by Uber and also a local open air shuttle service, Turtle Tracks I check in with all guests within 24 hours of their arrival via email to inquire if the condo was properly cleaned and prepared for their arrival and to ensure they arrived safely. We are able to offer complete guest satisfaction as housekeeping will come back out and remedy any cleaning issue that does not meet expectations.
