Therefore, our island home has all the necessities for a perfect vacation: comfortable furniture, complete kitchen appliances and fixtures throughout. The floors are tiled throughout except for the new plush carpeting in the bedroom. Recently, the A/Cs have been upgraded to whisper quiet units that keep the unit cool without annoying loud fan noise. Every detail has been considered to provide you with all the amenities and a homey comfortable feeling that one would expect of a quality vacation home in a resort area. We continue to take extra cleaning precautions between guests to ensure a clean and safe environment. Our staff follows enhanced unit cleaning protocols, completely sanitizing the unit and making sure all dishes and laundry items are washed at the highest heat settings possible. Contactless check in and departure also ensures your safety. You can be assured that for us, protecting your health, your peace of mind and ensuring a relaxing stay are our priority. You will be able to conveniently park in one of the 2 parking spots, one assigned immediately outside the front door, and the other an open guest spot. To re-iterate, Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days or more before arrival. If cancellation takes place between 60 and 30 days before arrival date, only 50% of the rental fee will be refunded. For any cancellation within 30 days of arrival, there will be no refund. 4. * These services are provided but not guaranteed.
