This 1st floor unit at the Royal Sands Condominium Complex has recently been renovated with new range, full size refrigerator, granite countertops, lighting and tile backsplash. Located in the beach block. Short steps to the beach and bike path or sit and enjoy the pool. Short walk to either the NWW Entertainment District or the boardwalk. Other things to note - Due to building rules and regulations, renters must be 25 years of age or older. (No prom weekends/Senior weeks) - Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend are 3-night-minimum rentals - The day before Father's Day to Labor Day Weekend are only weekly, Saturday-to-Saturday rentals -Guests will need to provide own linens (Sheets & Towels). (2 Full-size Beds, 1 Queen-size sofa bed) -Note - No lifeguard on duty, it is swim at your own risk -One on-premises parking space is included with rental unit -Coin operated washer & dryer on property -Coffee maker is a Keurig, need to bring your own K-Cup pods -Microwave in unit
