Our Condo is perfectly situated in the south end of Kihei, Maui Hawaii in the MAUI VISTA COMPLEX IN BUILDING 2- GROUND FLOOR. WE ARE NOT ON WALAKA ST. It is conveniently located across the street from beautiful swimming, snorkeling Beach called Charley Young/Kamaole 1 Beach. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, grocery and shops! Surfing, kayak rentals, golf, bike rentals, bus stops, etc., are all in close proximity. I BR/1BA- good for a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children or 4 adults. 600 SF directly across the street from Kamole I Beach. Snorkle, boogie board, paddle board, or just relax. You can walk to Charley Young Beach a block away. Cove Park is the best surf spot in Kihei. Its great for beginners who rent surf boards and take lessons right at the park. Charley Young Beach is a local beach near Kamaole Beach Park I. Snorkel around the right point to see Turtles, Needle Fish and other marine life. Swimming, body boarding and sunbathing are good on towards the left. Walk three blocks into Kihei to enjoy sport bars, shopping, dining and other tourist attractions. You can swim at the community pool one mile north. There's a Bus Stop is one block away on the corner of Walaka St. and South Kihei Blvd. After we accept your airbnb reservation, you will receive a confirmation message from us. We will email you the check-in information a few weeks before your arrival. It is a self check-in process using our keyless entry system. You need to register at the front desk M-F to get a parking pass for your stay. There are no late check-outs unless you have received permission. Standard Amenities We Provide: Any amenity not on this list is subject to change without notice. We try to keep everything up to date, but if that additional amenity is very important to you, please ask about it. -Stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, complete cookware, dishes, glassware, and flatware -An initial supply of toilet paper (two rolls and a spare per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. You are to supply your own if you run out. -Dish washing, dishwasher, laundry, and liquid hand soap; you are to supply your own if you run out. -Trash bags, dish towels & a new kitchen sponge -Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board -Gas or charcoal barbecue. Propane is provided -Cable/satellite television, DVD, WIFI -One set of bed linens per bed/advertised sleeper. -One set of bath towels per person (a set is one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth). -Free beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards Though I am not present during your stay, I have an on island representative there to help with your needs. I am always accessible by email, text, or you can call Ronda on the island for assistance. From the Maui Vista, you can walk to many places in Kihei without getting in your car- the BEACH, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. *YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF OCCUPANCY EXCEEDS 5 PEOPLE. *Keep the lanai railings free of any beach towels, bathing suits or any other hanging items. *Smoking is prohibited in all units and by Hawaii state law, smoking is not allowed on lanais at. Should you or any of your guests wish to smoke, there is a smoking area provided at the north side of the property. *Nothing is to be swept or thrown from the entryways or lanais. *Do not feed the birds or cats. Their presence creates unsanitary conditions. *No barbecuing on the lanais. Gas barbecues are located near the pool area. Clean after use. *Keep all food items covered or in the refrigerator. Any open food (especially fruit items) will attract ants & other critters. *Put garbage in the dumpster near our condo.
