This cute, vintage cottage is comfortably furnished and offers 2 bedrooms (1 with a king bed, the other with full bunk beds), full bath, sizable family room, eat-in kitchen and a screened porch with views of the water and private beach. There is also a outdoor dining table and sitting area and picnic table. The outdoor shower has hot water. No linens provided. No washer and dryer. Window unit AC. Guest access Off street parking on property. Other things to note -No linens provided. Guests must bring or rent sheets and towels. -No washer and dryer. -No central AC. Window units in bedrooms and kitchen (they cool the house just fine). -Please use outside shower whenever possible. These old houses aren’t equipped to handle long inside showers, but the outside shower is wonderful. A true Cape Cod experience :) -This house is very old. It’s a fantastic location and you can’t beat having the private beach but this is not a luxury property. This is our personal summer cottage. I’ve been coming here for 47 years and I hope you love it as much as we do.
