Fairways 1805 is a spacious two-story townhouse in a private gated development, and located only a short walk away from a private amenity center where guests can access a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center. This spacious home can accommodate up to six people comfortably, and is close to the best beaches, restaurants and shops on the Kohala Coast! The living room has a large HDTV and full media center, and just outside is a private covered lanai with a gas BBQ. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious first-floor lanai with gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, free WIFI, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. **Guests of 1805 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership valid through July 21, 2026, must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice. A private amenity center where guests can access a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center is available to guest. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs) and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
