The home has 2 separate entrances- The main level that has a full kitchen, 2 master suites (queen beds) with attached full bathrooms, and two additional bedrooms upstairs with a queen and a single bed in one room- and two full beds in the second large bedroom. These two bedrooms share a full bath. The Lower level has a separate entrance and hosts 3 bedrooms ( a queen master with attached full bath), a full bed in second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. The second and third bedroom share a full bath. The Lower level also offers a full kitchen but limited dining space. This layout makes the space great for multiple families or for allowing teens to have their own space. There is a large porch with dining table and firepit area on the main level. The dock also has a dining table. Guest access Guests are encouraged to use the porches, firepit and dock. The boats are not available for guest use. We provide two kayaks for guest use. With advance notice we can provide life jackets. Boat Rental inquiries can be directed to the Clemson Marina. Other things to note If you need life jackets for kids/family members we will be happy to leave them out.
