All updated with fresh paint in July 2022. *Each bedroom has its own television, closet, and attached bathroom, making showering and getting ready for activities a breeze. *This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people-- Primary 1: California King bed & Loveseat pull-out bed, Primary 2: California King bed & Loveseat pull-out bed *The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics for cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. *Wash laundry in the full-sized washer and dryer on the main floor. *All linens, Towels, & Beach Towels are provided. *Cable TV, DVD Player and Free Wifi are available * There's a large patio, with furniture, so you can enjoy the fresh air with a good book or enjoy the beautiful tropical landscaped yard. *Gas BBQ grills located on your lanai *The townhome has easy access to resort amenities such as the great free-form pool complete with a waterfall, grotto and jetted hot tub. The pool area features a fridge, dining tables, washrooms, and plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas. *Reservation includes access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club on a secluded white sand beach cove perfect for swimming and snorkeling Minimum night varies seasonally 5 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed. Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes. We are happy to assist you with any information, recommendations or assistance with any issues in the home. Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to an off-site Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Mauna Lani Resort Most people rent a car while visiting the Big Island so they can explore the entire island. For those not wanting to drive, there are taxis available. Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person. These may include geckos, ants, cockroaches, palmetto bugs, etc. – all common in this tropical environment.
