That means all new appliances, furniture, beds, lanai and pool furniture. You and your party will luxuriate in over 3,000 square feet of island living with a private, heated pool, home sound system, tons of sun, and ample amenities. The villa sleeps a maximum of ten. The downstairs bedroom and first upstairs bedroom have a king each. The second upstairs bedroom has a king and a twin, and the last upstairs bedroom has a full and twin. ***A note on events*** The villa is not suited to host events of any kind that exceed the maximum capacity of 9. I am honored that your party is considering staying at the villa, but the villa is not an event space. There are many reasons that the villa is not equipped to host parties, events, gatherings, receptions, etc. Although your party is welcome to stay at the villa and make yourselves at home, you will need to look for an event space to host your gathering. Mahalo! We take care of everything. You will have ample supplies of beach and bath towels, soaps, detergents, paper towles, napkins, TP...you won`t be running to the store for these. This kitchen is FULLY outfitted. We even have a juicer. No problem cooking for 10 here. You can park in the garage and will be provided with 2 garage door openers. We have 10 beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and a nice cooler. We will meet you upon arrival to give you the lay of the house. Then we live only 1/2 mile away. We are happy to assist you in any way possible. Poipu Beach Estates is a new residential neighborhood with big breezy lots and fancy homes. Check in time is 3pm Check out time is 10am A $1000 initial payment is required to hold your reservation. A signed Reservation Summary is required to validate your stay with us. Any cancellation incurs a $100 administrative charge. Final payments are due 2 months prior to your stay.
