Aloha and welcome to our condo in paradise. Our North Shore condo is located in Nihilani complex, one of the newest developments in Princeville with world-class amenities. Please note we collect Hawaii state taxes (GET+TAT+KTAT) of (TAX ID TA-160-081-1008-01) 17.96% that every legal vacation rental is supposed to collect and remit to state. Use of AC is optional and AC usage charges are collected post trip and are based on actual electricity usage and will not to exceed 20$/day. Welcome to our luxurious North Shore condo, located in the stunning town of Princeville. Our spacious bi-level condo is situated in the Nihilani resort, which is one of the newest and most highly-regarded condo developments in Princeville. You can expect modern amenities such as a covered garage, open floor plan and centralized AC, making your vacation experience both comfortable and convenient. Our thoughtfully designed condo has been furnished with family comfort and convenience in mind, ensuring that all of our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo offers 1,874 square feet of living space with 300 square feet of lanai space, providing you with ample room to relax and unwind. One of the best features of our Nihilani condo is its highly desirable bi-level townhome-style unit with no neighbors above or below, offering the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. The main floor features a welcoming open-concept layout with exotic Tiger Bamboo flooring throughout and a convenient half bath. Our expansive wrap-around lanai offers the perfect place to unwind and soak up the natural ambiance of the outdoors. With comfortable patio seating and barstools, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of nature and the melodic chirping of birds while relaxing in the comfort of our spacious lanai. Whether you're starting your day with a cup of coffee or enjoying a delicious dinner, our lanai is the ideal spot to relax. The living room features a flat panel Smart digital TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player, while the coffee table provides a storage place for assorted family board games for kids and adults alike. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and cookware/utensils, including a Jura automatic espresso maker, drip coffee machine, glass top electric range, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, teapot, etc. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, a rice cooker, a toaster, and blender, etc., along with dinnerware/silverware sets for casual and formal dining. The dining room has a full dining table that seats 6 adults comfortably, making it the perfect spot to enjoy meals with your loved ones. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, a laundry room, a den, and two more lanais. Our master bedroom features a king bed, attached lanai, and office/work/relaxing space, with a master bath right off the bedroom. The master bedroom lanai has a patio sofa with comfortable seating for two, where you can enjoy a distant ocean view. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached lanai, again with a patio sofa with comfortable seating for two, where you can enjoy a distant partial mountain view. The third bedroom features a queen bed, and the two queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower. The fourth bedroom/den has no privacy door, making it best suited for young kids or adults. There is a convertible euro lounger sofa bed in the den that can comfortably sleep a young adult or kid. All bedrooms have clean high-quality linens, comfortable mattresses. We provide beach towels, bath towels, a starter supply of dish soap, washing soap, and essentials, making your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. All upstairs features eco-friendly plank flooring, and all bedrooms, the den, and living room have ceiling fans, and there is central air conditioning available as well (please check the air-conditioning use policy). The entry to the condo is via electronic lock with a touch keypad for security. We also have Nest Protect smoke/CO monitor all of upstairs. The condo also features a 2-car garage with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, rain umbrellas, boogie boards, assorted snorkeling sets, 2 adult bikes, 1 child bob stroller, etc. Relax in the community area, which features a stunning pool with a waterfall, a poolside seating, and a semi-private spa area, as well as barbecue islands set within beautiful Hawaiian gardens landscaping. The lush landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained, earning the coveted 2014 Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence. When it's time to explore the island, you'll find endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation right at your doorstep. Take a short drive to some of the world's most beautiful beaches, hike through stunning tropical forests, or tee off at one of the nearby championship golf courses. Or, simply spend your days lounging by the complex's sparkling swimming pool, soaking up the sun and savoring the laid-back island lifestyle. Owners have travelled all around the world to many a beautiful destinations but Garden paradise is the one that stole our heart and we chose to buy our second home here. We live in beautiful Colorado among majestic Rocky mountains but when it comes time to relax and unwind our home in paradise is a true retreat. Our design tastes are a mix of classic and contemporary and you will find influences all over the home. We spend about 2-3 months at our house in paradise but can't be there as much as we like, so we are happy to share our place with other folks just looking to relax and enjoy and soak in the beauty of paradise. We chose Kauai for it's beauty, waves and relaxed vibe. Kauai is beautiful all over but our heart was set on North shore because of unique climate and everything north shore offers (hiking,kayaking, snorkeling etc). Nihilani in princeville was a easy choice because it’s one of the newest condos complexes with all modern amenities and open layout with town home feeling more like a home and include a 2 car attached garage. The pool, spa and BBQ area is top notch and always kept meticulously clean. It's not a large complex, so it's often quiet and very peaceful at the pool, but also throughout the entire complex. The walking/bike paths are extensive and gorgeous throughout Princeville. You're a short walk to restaurants, golf, Queen's Bath, Hideaway's beach and surf break, and both the Westin and the St. Regis (great for a sunset cocktail). Our town home is ideally located within complex with a minute walk to pool/spa area but far enough to maintain tranquility. Due to unique location in complex our master lanai has peek of distance ocean views and we have distant views of Mountain from another lanai. Car is required to go around. For short jaunts we have bikes in garage for guest use. Absolutely No Smoking. Our condo is non-smoking condo and smoking is not allowed anywhere in condo including patio.
