House has everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance. Towels, shampoo etc. all provided. Richardson's Beach Park is across the street and 3.5 miles from downtown Hilo. Truly the best location on the east side of the Island. The house is rented as a whole house with complete access. I am not at this location but I am easy to communicate with. I own 4 other homes within 6 doors of this house. According to Hawaii Vacation Rental ordinances, all vacation renters agree to the following if this property is booked: 1. Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not unreasonable disturb adjacent neighbors. 2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. 3. Guest vehicles shall be parked within the designated onsite parking area. 4. Failure to comply with the Good Neighbor policy states above will be construed to be a violation. 5. No commercial events shall take place at the property.
