The condo is located on 78th street a block away from the beach in Avalon's South-end close to Stone Harbor and 1 block from the Bay. 4 minute walk to Icona Resort (Beach Bar) and Windrift (and Beach!) - Less than 20 walk to Stone Harbor 30 minutes to Cape May. Great place for Wedding accommodations. Super close to Icona, Winddrift and Reeds of Stone Harbor. 2 day Min in Fall/Winter. 1st floor unit with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is perfectly situated in close proximity to the ocean, bay, Windrift Beach Restaurant, Golden Inn Sand Bar, hotel district, recreation facilities and Stone Harbor's shopping district. Step inside and you will find a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area and 3 sizable bedrooms (bedroom 1 - King bed, 2nd bedroom - full and two twins, 3rd bedroom - twin bunk beds). Sit out front on the porch to relax and people watch. Two Flat screen TV's and Cable and wireless internet provided. Everything was renovated a few years ago, including new kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, master bathroom, lighting, and new central HVAC. Laundry room has new washer and dryer. New Sectional Couch with pull out full bed. Outside shower and common grill to use. Beach house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beach tags (6) and beach chairs (4) and a beach umbrella will be provided. Beach Towels are also included. We also provide boogie boards, and other beach toys. We will provide a full list of what we have to offer before your stay so you know what to pack. We are always getting new things for our beach house :) There is a $ 300 deposit. Pets are considered - please inquire. Pet fee $ 150 for 1 pup - $ 250 for 2 pups. We can supply linens and towels for a $ 200 fee. Beds will be made when you arrive.
