Hale “ Hā Hā ”

We have newly installed air conditioning for your comfort! Hale "Hā Hā" is located 3 blocks from the ocean, and a short drive to Pahoa town for stores, services and nightlife. Experience the Big Island the way that the locals do. Explore the Hamakua Coast. Visit green and black sand beaches and the world's largest active volcano, Mauna Loa. Visit Volcano National Park. Currently Kilauea is not active, but one never knows when it will erupt! The space Hale "Hā Hā" is a newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bath apartment that has separate living quarters with a private entrance and a relaxing lanai. We provide some local Hawaiian products, along with coffee and tea. The kitchenette is fully stocked with an induction burner, microwave oven, refrigerator, plates, silverware, blender, toaster and pots and pans. The lanai also has a Kamado charcoal barbecue for our guests to use. We are a short walk to Kahakai Park, our neighborhood ocean-front park. Our property is surrounded on two sides by thick jungle growth. We are also cultivating an exotic fruit orchard! Guest access Guests have full access to our 588 sq. ft. apartment space and adjoining private lanai. There is off-street parking for our guests. They are free to roam our outdoor property to see our flowering plants and fruit trees! Our apartment has a 42" flat screen TV with hundreds of HD cable channels. There is also free wifi with reliable, high speed internet. Cell service in this area can be spotty. AT&T works relatively well but Verizon and T- Mobil/Sprint can be a problem. Our High Speed internet is truly high speed and if you have WiFii calling on your phone, you should have no problem sending pics back to the mainland to your relatives!!
