Come enjoy this well-kept, spacious and tropical one-bedroom, two bath condo within the Turtle Bay Resort. It has a view of the 18th hole of the Fazio Golf Course and is the closest to the beach within the complex (7 minute walk). New air conditioning units in the bedroom and family room. Beach gear included! The space The condo is spacious with a bedroom and attached bath at one end, and the open living area/ kitchen on the other. There is a second, larger bathroom off the hallway. There is an AC unit in the bedroom and family room. The condo is clean and fresh with LVP flooring. It is one of the rows closest to the beach, Hotel and golf club. Restaurants are also a short walk away. Guest access Guests have access to everything at the resort, except for the hotel pool. Guests can still have food/ drink at the pool bar (as well as all restaurants at the hotel). This is a great spot to watch nightly entertainment and amazing sunsets with surfers close up! Two pools in complex, BBQ, Tennis courts, Two 18-hole Golf Courses (fees apply). 12 miles of on-property bike and walking trails. Other things to note Surfer Bar is a great place to have a drink or see local music at the hotel. It is a short 10 minute walk from the condo.
