Private residence with full kitchen, beach chairs, beach bag/cooler and beach towels provided, along with free kayaking/paddle boarding and chickens on the property that you can feed! You can feel the love that has been poured into this home. As you explore, you'll discover unique artwork created by Chick's mom, a talented island ceramist. The hand-painted island wildflowers, island map, and kitchen backsplash adorned with Vineyard grapes were all designed specifically for this space. At night, let the frogs serenade you once again. Whether it's the bullfrogs from the pond or the Pinkletinks nearby, their melodic sounds will lull you to sleep. Despite being close to town, this private oasis is surrounded by trees, hanging flower baskets, and located on a dead-end road, providing a quiet and convenient retreat. And don't forget to join us in feeding the chickens during your stay! The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and even has a brand new dishwasher. Because even on vacation, a dishwasher is a necessity! The vaulted ceiling and French doors flood the space with natural light, making it a joy to cook and gather in. If you're looking for a cozy spot to relax, we have a special reading nook with hand-carved teak panels. Or, if you're in the mood for some friendly competition, gather your family for a foosball tournament. We also provide games, cards, a cribbage board, books, and of course, coffee - all the necessities for a memorable stay. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, fresh white linens, and a spacious closet. With its many windows, you'll have privacy while still enjoying the natural light and views of the surrounding trees. The second bedroom is perfect for kids, with four twin beds and plenty of space to relax and play. It can also accommodate four adults if needed. But the real highlight of this home is the large covered porch. It's the perfect spot to spend your time, no matter the season. The dining room flows into a cozy living room, furnished with two couches, two swivel chairs, and a TV. During the summer, there's a large ceiling fan in the main room and multiple fans in each bedroom. This property doesn't have air conditioning, but with all the windows and doors open, it's quite pleasant - especially in the evenings when you can listen to the trees and the waterfall in the pond instead of a noisy AC unit. For the winter months, there's a propane-powered Renai unit in the living room. The bathroom has been completely renovated and features a luxurious walk-in shower, wall-mounted faucet, and complimentary toiletries. An invisible fence prevents them from entering any guest space and parking area. You may hear them bark, but the only thing to fear is their kisses. Bailey & Sandy are both rescue dogs from Vieques, Puerto Rico and love any attention you may be willing to spare.
