* Aloha! Welcome to our happy place with amazing sunset every day! * If you are looking for wide open ocean and sunset views directly from your balcony/lanai, this is it! You are within minutes of walking distance to almost everything - beaches, restaurants, bars, surfing lessons, boat tours, grocery stores, shopping malls, and more. Our spacious bedroom, full kitchen, and freshly updated bathroom will make you feel just like home. Welcome to our little paradise! The space LOCATION Our condo is located in the iconic Ilikai Hotel on Waikiki Beach. Breathtaking views and balmy breezes from our condo's balcony (lanai) capture the beauty of the Pacific Ocean. Hula shows every Friday, and live music every Sunday in the courtyard of our building. PARKING Parking is $45 per day inside the building. Sorry that the building does not assign parking spots to owners otherwise we'd have offered free parking. KEY FEATURES OF THE PLACE 1. Oceanview: a full wall of windows facing directly the ocean and beaches 2. Spacious balcony facing the ocean: relax on the outdoor sofa or lounge chair while watching the ocean waves 3. Comfy beds: a king bed with a very comfortable mattress, and a queen sofa bed 4. Upscale decor: hardwood floor with modern, and homey furniture 5. 65-inch OLED TV: you can cast Netflix or any other streaming services directly from your phone or computer 6. Full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, pans, plates, and wine glasses 7. Big bathroom: a bright vanity and a high-water-pressure rain shower 8. Pools: 2 swimming pools in the building Other things to note * House Rules * Just a reminder that our house rules are NO PARTY and NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere, including the building, room, and balcony. We enforce a fine plus any damage caused if there is any smoke smell or party discovered.
