Guest access Guest Access & Privacy Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Cottage, apart from a locked storage room in the carport. Separated by lush foliage, the Cottage is completely private and secluded from its sister property, @aolanihouse. Other things to note Additional Details • Property Boundaries: Please do not climb, sit, or walk on the lava rock wall at the Aolani Coffee Cottage. Additionally, access to the surrounding working coffee and Mac-nut fields is not permitted, as they are privately owned and not part of the rental property. For your safety and respect of neighboring properties, we kindly ask that all guests remain within the designated home and yard areas. Sound Ordinances: Aolani Coffee Cottage is a place of peace. By staying here, you agree to abide by Hawaii County’s strict sound ordinances and our STVR permits. If you’re seeking a lively party atmosphere, we’d be happy to recommend alternative accommodations. Rental Car Required: Located in the scenic Hawaiian countryside, a rental car is necessary to explore the area. Local Wildlife: Nestled in nature, you’ll hear the charming sounds of singing frogs, birds, and the occasional rooster. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. Important Notes Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the Cottage. A designated smoking area is available near the carport. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs indoors. Holiday Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required between December 21st and January 5th. We do not allow arrivals on December 25th or January 1st. Taxes: State TA and GE taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
