This rental is on a 3 acre parcel with access to a pond. It is part of a 2600 sq, ft, house. Your private space includes kitchen, living room, 2 Bedrooms, bathroom and back deck with BBQ and fire pit. It is in West Brewster within walking distance to the Old Grist Mill and Herring Run. During warmer weather a canoe and kayaks are available for use. Cape Cod bayside beaches are a mile away. The space The garage is my woodturning studio which I use from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Classes available bowl turning, if desired.
