The space This condo brings with it a new experience for folks wanting to keep their vacation or business costs to a minimum, so they can be outdoors loving this island. This place is quiet, beautiful, and respite from a long day. Many folks ask about discounts. The monthly charge is discounted and include all taxes. This condo is a smoke free environment. Smoking may occur outside, off the condo building property. This is a great location for solo vacationers or traveling healthcare or business professions. Guest access Guests will have access to the common areas of the kitchen, living room and lanais. Your bedroom is private. The bath is a guest bathroom used by guests (yourself or other who visit). I have my own bathroom. During your stay As a host, I am home evenings and weekends and try to be available while letting you do your own thing. The living areas on the lanai as well as inside are great places to hang out and plan your Kona activities or enjoy a meal. Other things to note Many folks ask me about added taxes. The taxes are built in to the overall price. 4.75% for General Excise tax and 10.25% for Transient Accommodations Tax. Airbnb takes their cut from both you and me. Anyway, what makes it nice is that the total price you see is the price you pay. AC is available upon request for the bedroom. I do request that you only use it at night, as utility costs are very high in Hawaii. Cost includes cleaning of the common areas once a month and all utilities and internet.
