Charming well maintained 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cape style single family home on a quiet street with large private back yard is just a stroll to a private Englewood neighborhood beach or Lewis Bay public beach. Ocean-side (Sea Gull) Beach off Nantucket Sound, less than a mile away. This home is located on the south side of Rte. 28 in a quiet neighborhood of less traveled connecting streets perfect for afternoon strolls/bike rides. Perfect for friends or family vacationing together since each floor has a Master Bedroom & Full Bath. Back deck with retractable awning and full seating for outdoor meals. Gas grill, fire pit, outdoor shower are just some of the summer comforts. We provide weekly cleaning service, trash/recycling pickup, and basic landscaping. Make sure to bring your own linens, i.e. sheets, hand towels, beach towels, kitchen towels or you can arrange with a local linen service. We do provide bedding essentials (pillows, blankets, coverlets, etc.) We provide complimentary hand soap, dish soap, sponges and cleaning products. Complimentary paper towels, napkins, tissues, toilet paper are also provided while supplies last. Don't forget to bring your own laundry detergent. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement. Weekly rent includes utilities / amenities: heat, electric, air-conditioning, cable TV, streaming & Internet access). No smoking allowed in the house. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. 10:00 AM Check-out, 3:00 PM Check-in. Security Deposit required to book a preferred week. Balance due in full 4 weeks prior to scheduled booking. If booked week is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the deposit, unless we are able re-rent that booking.
