This pond front property offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of your private beach for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. You're a stone's throw from the Plymouth Rock, Plantation, and Plymouth Beach, along with all the restaurants and shops along the waterfront. Boston, Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard are only minutes from your doorstep. There is a walking trail for pets around an adjacent cranberry bog. Fire pits, private patio, and beach for your outdoor pleasure! The space This lovely lower level half house sleeps up to six guests very comfortably, with 2 bedrooms and a large private living room with trundle (queen bed). There are one queen bed, a set of bunk beds, along with trundle bed (2 twins). There is an equipped full kitchen with dining area. The full bathroom has a separate private shower area, so two guests can clean up at the same time, and still have plenty of privacy. The guests have a relaxing patio deck area with gas grill for plenty of quiet time. There is also outside comfortable furniture and private beach to relax and take in the New England wildlife . Winter rentals now available!! Guest access The guests will have keys to their own entrance of the home, which walks out onto a private deck with gardens for private dining. They also have the option of taking out kayaks, canoe, and rowboat on their own private beach to make their stay enjoyable and memorable! The Conservation service put in a bird sanctuary around an old bog adjacent to Pond for your walking enjoyment. Great for dogs or just viewing the beautiful New England landscape. We have outdoor patios with fire pits for your evening camp out. Other things to note The pet fee and agreement (see Guidebook) is handled upon arrival. We have a bog adjacent to pond with a wonderful trail (dog walk) around it for a peaceful and relaxing stroll with your furry pal!!
