Perfectly situated on the beachfront, this condo offers easy access to five stunning beaches, including Wailea and Kamaole, all within a leisurely 15-minute stroll. The condo is equipped with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen boasts updated stainless steel appliances and an island with a breakfast bar. A dining table for four and a dedicated workspace cater to the needs of telecommuters. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, providing an extra bed for families with small children, and a flat-screen smart TV for entertainment. High-speed internet is available throughout the condo. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the cozy queen-sized bed in the bedroom, which also features an additional flat-screen smart TV. For added privacy, the bedroom can be partitioned off with opaque glass pocket doors. The condo includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional bathroom. Guests at Maui Banyan enjoy access to a range of amenities, including an onsite pool, tennis court, and barbeque pavilion. There will be two traffic controllers to assist with parking and a pedestrian crossing into the parking garage. Asphalt repairs will be taking place throughout the day on property. Tuesday 20th- Paving of the golf cart parking area and performing asphalt repairs by main entry & executive office area. Crack Sealing Phase I. Traffic controllers will be there to assist with traffic and pedestrians. Wednesday 21st- Phase I T building parking crack and sealcoat application. Stripe phase I- T BUILDING PARKING WILL BE CLOSED; ALL VEHICLES WILL NEED TO PARK ON THE 3RD FLOOR OPEN STALLS FOR THE ENTIRE DAY AND NIGHT. T building parking will be reopened on Thursday 22nd at the end of the working day (5pm). Thursday 22nd- Phase II sealcoat and striping starts. Phase II building P & Q down to the G & H building. Traffic controllers will be assigned to assist traffic and pedestrians. Friday 23rd- Crack sealant applied, Phase III sealcoat and stripe. Ramp entry to garage to building A/B. Traffic controllers will be assigned to assist traffic and pedestrians. Sat/Sunday- NO WORK Monday- May 26th is MEMORIAL DAY, NO WORK Tuesday 27th- Phase IV sealcoat and stripe, final striping and any touchups. Parking F limited access, traffic controllers to assist with vehicles and pedestrians. Project will be completed at the end of the day.
