This suite is located on the 23rd floor with 751 square feet of living space. The bedroom has a California King bed and an ottoman that opens up to a twin bed, and the living room has a futon sofa bed and two additional twin beds to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It has floor-to-ceiling windows so you can have views of the water, mountains, and city lights. Who should I contact in an emergency or when I don't understand something? - For any medical and life-threatening emergencies, please dial ​911​. For any emergency issues that may damage the unit or the building (i.e. plumbing leaks, fire, etc.), there is a ​Security Guard ​on duty 24-hours a day that can respond. For any ​non-emergency issues ​(clogged drain, lockout, maintenance needed), please contact the property manager through Airbnb. What should I do with my trash? - Trash chutes are located at the end of the hall. Please be sure to place all trash in bags prior to throwing down the chute and recycle bottles and cans accordingly. How close is the nearest beach? - Walking at a leisurely pace, the closest beach would be about a 10-minute walk through Fort DeRussy Park. Waikiki Beach is approximately 1/2 mile away, or about a 20-minute walk. Does the rental have any beach items available for my use? - The unit may have beach items (coolers, chairs, beach toys) that have been left behind by previous guests for your enjoyment. ​Use of these items is at your own risk and should be inspected for safety prior to use, as we do not guarantee nor check the condition of these items​. Should you need additional items, there are endless convenience stores (ABC Stores, Whaler’s General Stores) from which you can purchase some. Are there concierge services? - There is an activities desk in the lobby, located next to the hotel entrance. They are a great resource to use for suggestions on what to do. Is there a fitness center at the property? - The fitness center is located on the 4th floor. You will be issued a card by Security that will allow you access into the fitness center. Please read posted signs for the hours it is open. What does the housekeeping fee include? Will daily housekeeping be provided? - Daily housekeeping is not provided during your stay. The housekeeper will only service your unit AFTER you leave, to prepare it for the next guest. Mid-stay housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee (change of linen and towels, refresh supplies, throw out trash, tidy up common areas).
