Maui by the Sea is a beautiful permitted vacation rental - an ideal ocean-view cottage located ocean front between Paia and Ho’okipa, on Maui's scenic and exciting North Shore With 23 years of experience, Maui By The Sea has always operated under a legal County of Maui permit and our current permit is valid through 2031. We have been operating since 2001. Our cottage is one of the rare, close to Paia with ocean view. Very cozy and private. We recently installed Central Air Conditioning. The property is ocean front, our home is on the ocean side and the cottage is on the road side. Of course our guests have access to the chairs and table located at the edge of the ocean. No beach access from the property as there are some big rocks sitting in front. But a beach is walking distance from here. Tavares Beach. We will come to greet you at your arrival. After that, it is up to you, if you want to see us we are available to answer any questions. If you don't want to see us, we will give you your privacy. This is a residential neighborhood, so quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. You are far away from tourists, it is a home away from home for our guests. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the cottage or on the property. Maui by the Sea is 0.7 miles from Paia. Walking distance but along the road so we dont encourage our guests to walk to Paia. We ask our guests to read, sign and email back a Rental Agreement. We will need your email to send you the RA. Reservation is confirmed once we have received the initialed and signed rental agreement. Disclosure: Maui by the Sea Cottage sits off of Hana Highway (it is not a "highway" as mainlanders understand it, it is a 2 lane road).There can at times be excessive road noise.
