A gas fireplace for the extreme cold chases the chill away and two electric baseboards keep the room comfortable when the fireplace is shutdown. Cable, TV, comfy chairs, desk and a table provides space for work or play. Just off the kitchen, is the bathroom for your exclusive use . While most guests have enjoyed to spend most of their time in the privacy of their room, Maureen and George want their guests to feel comfortable cooking and/or eating in the kitchen or dining room. There is a well-stocked hospitality corner in our kitchen for guests. Our Guests can access shelf space in the refrigerator and use the microwave and stove. Guests can enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the sights and sounds of this water view home, while relaxing in our beautiful yard. A pebble river beach is just a short stroll down the street, a perfect location to watch the magnificent sunsets over the cove. George and Maureen look forward to meeting all their guests and assisting them in making their stay a pleasant experience. A quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for walking, running or biking, or just enjoying relaxing in the yard. We are in the perfect location to drive to so many wonderful places in a reasonable amount of time. We are 20 minutes from Providence, 8 minutes from Fall River, 40 minutes to Newport Guests should park in the front driveway. Sunroom guests use the side door that opens directly into the Sunroom. As you enter the sunroom, the door on the right opens into the kitchen, where you will find the hospitality corner fully stocked with breakfast and snack food and beverages for you to enjoy. The bathroom for your exclusive use is located just past the kitchen,first door on the left with the boat on the door. Towels and toiletries are in the bathroom.
