The Royal Kahili has many guests for the Ironman competion that occurs in October each year. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has an AMAZING OCEAN VIEW. We have finished major renovations and updates to the condo. Leave the AC off and listen to the surf rock you to sleep every night. Take a late evening swim in the pool. Our condo overlooks the heated salt water swimming pool and has a large lanai with views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining, living room and master suite. The koi ponds and gardens are well maintained and there is easy access to the condo with a covered parking stall next to the elevator. Come enjoy the lanai views, drink coffee and watch the sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and in the winter months the whales breeching in the bay across the street. There is a king size bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds in guest thebedroom. The master bathroom has a modern walk in shower, granite countertops. The guest bath has also been updated and with new tile and a granite countertop. The kitchen has granite counters, new full size appliances, and a view of the ocean from the kitchen sink. There are koi ponds and lovely gardens full of Bird of Paradise flowers and other Hawaiian plants. The BBQs are easily accessed near the pool and a short walk from our condo. Of course, the heated swimming pool and hot tub are fully yours to enjoy during your stay. Walk through the front gate of the condo complex and you are just a few steps away from Gate's Beach and the ocean. I have all my access information available to you once you are all booked. I will do my best to help you with anything you have questions about and my caretaker is available to help as well. If you would like to hop on the bus that runs along Alii Drive to the beaches and town it is just a half block away. There are rental cars available at the airport or in town and taxi service is just a phone call away. Check In time is strict: 4 pm Check Out time is strict: 10 am There is a $35 per hour charge if guests check in before 4 pm. There is a $35 per hour charge if guests check out after 10 am. There is no early check in or late check out due to intensive cleaning schedules.
