We are centrally located for exploring all sides of the Island. The Condo has free tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball, barbecues and a large salt water pool with view. The Kauai Athletic Club is across the street. Being a corner unit it has three lanais for relaxing in the cooling trade winds. You will also enjoy watching the sunrise and enjoying a cup of coffee on the upper lanai. You can also watch the sunset with a tall cool one and the moon rise over the ocean. When the wharf area is busy with trucks loading it can get noisy in the master bedroom in the daytime. We do furnish ear plugs for light sleepers and have installed acoustic damping drapes as well as air conditioners. The two bedroom bath and a half condo has a fully supplied kitchen and furnished with internet and a large screen TV with Netflex and WIFI. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. We have just installed two new Queen size beds and the pull out couch is also a queen. Located in Lihue the main city of Kauai and half way between both sides of the Island our Banyan Harbor condo, besides being next to the beautiful $600/night Marriott resort with it’s great walking paths around the lagoons, is still close to Costco, Walmart and grocery stores. More information The space This condo is furnished Island style and relaxing views from all three lanais. Great space to relax, cook, dine. Every conceivable kitchen appliance. Outside boasts 3 very private Lanais because it is a corner unit condo, beautiful grounds, pool area, outdoor barbecues and nice walking & sitting benches. The condo is on the second level and inside the bedrooms are on the second floor so there are many stairs. Great central location in Lihue the main city on the island of Kauai. An easy walk across the road to famous Kalapaki beach and the Anchor Cove shopping center. It is across from the busy Nawiliwili cruise ship port so there is a lot of activity and can be noisy. We have installed special noise cancelling drapes and insulation and with the AC's in every room it is pleasant. We also supply ear plugs for light sleepers. We have just purchased a new premium queen bed. Guest access Guests have access to the condo complex furnished BBQ areas (stocked and daily cleaned BBQs), beautiful view of Nawiliwili Harbor from the salt water swimming pool, shuffleboard court, Pickelball court, basketball area and tennis court. Quick swipe electronic keys are obtained at the front desk. Open and Free parking with spaces usually in front of or very near the front door of the condo. Because it is within walking distance of everything some guests do not rent a car. There is a bus stop close by and we also have Uber and lyft on the Island. We have recently replaced the flooring and added new queen bed mattresses including the pull out bed. You will have private access to the whole condo and the amenities of the facility including the pool tennis and pickle ball courts. If you need pickelball lessons or play let me know. This condo is in a wonderful safe neighborhood with a short walk to beautiful Kalapaki Bay and to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Love the fish dinners and Hula pie at Dukes restaurant at the nearby Marriott hotel. We are close to the airport and with the 10 plus restaurants within walking distance you can stay without having to purchase a rental car. There is also bus service nearby and Uber. We have Wi Fi and large screen TV with sport channels and great music channels. Also Netflix and Hulu. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. There is also a baby crib available. We have Walmart, Costco and grocery stores close by. An ABC variety store and many restaurants are within walking distance. Kauai Brew pub and Robs good time grill (great food and entertainment) are within a couple miles.
