Updated studio in Ocean front building with amenities, Pool and Sun Deck, Spa at cost, Gym, Play room and directly on the boardwalk. Beautiful and BIG FUN!!! Check in time begins at 4:00 PM. Check Out is by 11:00 AM. Bell Service may be available depending on arrival day and time. Although the Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day, if you will be arriving after 10pm, please contact Front Desk at (609) 344-8800 All special requests are based on availability at the time of check-in. Garage parking is limited to one vehicle per suite unit. Additional parking is available in the open lot next to the garage for a fee of $12.84 per day.  For the convenience of the other guests, quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00am which is strictly enforced. An ATM is located in the lobby across from the front desk. The Fitness Center is located on the 3rd Floor and is open daily from 6am to 10pm. Users must be at least 18 years of age. The Pool and Sun Deck are located on the 3rd floor. They are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day the hours of operation are 8:00am to 9:00pm, weather permitting. The maximum number of persons permitted to occupy a suite is limited to 2 persons per bed in the unit. Children and adults are counted equally in determining occupancy. Studio sleeps 4, Studio Deluxe sleeps 6, a 1-bedroom sleeps 4 and a 2-bedroom sleeps 6. New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act prohibits smoking indoor in public places. In accordance with this law, smoking/vaping is prohibited in all public areas of the resort and guest units unless otherwise designated as a smoking area. Violation will result in $250 smoking fee, a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee and eviction should any guest smoke in a smoke-free unit. With the exception of certified service animals, NO PETS are allowed. If a pet of any kind is found in the unit, the pet must be removed and a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be applied
