The cottage will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the cottage during that period. We have another studio listed with Airbnb "Kailua Beach footsteps away". Both the cottage and sandroom are attached to the main house. The cottage is accessed through it's own outside private door. There is no access through the main house. The pool, hot-tub and patio are shared with the sandroom guests and me. 2 split A/C units in living room and bedroom. You are welcome to use our yard, pool deck, and pool. Please use the beach chairs. This is where we live and are happy to share most things, just ask. We love meeting guests from all over the world and we love hosting. If you prefer us to be invisible, happy to oblige. This is our home so I am at home working most of the time. We like to be here upon your arrival to our home. No smoking on our property. Our street is very friendly and aware of tourists visiting. There are a few other vacation rentals in the hood. It is a small street with about 11 homes on the private street. It is definitely residential and quiet. The street is about a 30 minute walk into downtown Kailua. There is a bus stop very close by.
