The penthouse is on Beach Walk street steps from Waikiki Beach, Hawaii's number one tourist destination. Next door to Waikiki's finest shopping and restaurants, the penthouse features partial ocean and panoramic views of Fort Derussy Park & the Waikiki skyline. Completely renovated in the summer of 2018, the penthouse features beautiful tile bathrooms with walk-in showers, refinished original teak parquet floors, new appliances and TVs, beds, linens, and towels. The space We are steps away from one of the most iconic beaches and landmarks in the world. The wrap around lanai has unprecedented views of a storied location. Great restaurants, world class shopping, swimming and surfing, and short walks to the Hale Koa Hotel, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. We will be there to introduce our guests to our home and their home away from home. The constant trade winds offer a feeling and mood that is uniquely Hawaii. Buses, taxis and shuttles are ever present. We offer our guests free onsite parking for one car and another parking space for a modest fee.
