The space The condo is in a hotel zone - approved to remain a short term vacation rental by the governor. It was updated with Keyless entry, luxury vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), new king bed, new queen sofabed with 6 inch mattress, new Air Conditioner, lanai flooring, outdoor and indoor dining sets, portable bluetooth stereo, Flatscreen TV's (UHD Smart TV in living room). Free Wifi works great, new 72” ceiling fans, folding cart (groceries/ABC) & free parking for one vehicle! Walking distance to everything! Guests most appreciate: the condos extra amenities, spices, condiments, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella/beach gazebo, fluffy towels, comfortable bed, cleanliness etc.; the location of the condo and the fact that they could leave the car behind and walk to so many places. Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, oven & stove top, dishwasher, washer & dryer, coffee maker, keurig, toaster, griddle, blender, food processor, rice cooker, BBQ tools, beautiful cabinetry, fully stocked and tidy! Bathroom has a nice shower/step up, no tub. Bedroom: Very comfortable and new king bed, New linens and towels. This unit is suitable for 4 maximum. Guest access Minimum Age requirement is 25. Guests have access to everything in the condo for the duration of the stay. A fully equipped kitchen, large washer and dryer, heated pool, outdoor foot wash, upper deck/pavilion for barbecues, mingling, whale watching and amazing sunsets!
