Beautiful Ocean Villa is a large 3 bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished with 3 Master Suites each with their own luxurious bath. This home is perfect for families or three couples looking to share a home while having space, privacy and near equal size rooms and baths. The first master and second master both have King beds and amazing ocean views in the morning. They each have a large ensuite bath with soaker tub, gorgeous high-end cabinets and frameless glass showers. The third bedroom features two TwinXL mattresses that can be combined to make a King bed. There is a bath just outside the door that is just as luxurious as the other two master baths. The airy open concept main room includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The large round dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The large lanai doors disappear into the wall for complete blend of indoor and outdoor living. The lanai features comfy chairs and couches for reading, dining area, outdoor kitchen and even a high-powered viewing scope to watch for whales or check out passing boats in the distance. To the right is the 11th green on the world famous Hapuna Beach Golf course (one of the best in Hawaii). The glass railings (unique feature of this home) ensure you have the largest ocean and golf views possible. The  living room features a 65" Ultra HD 4K TV. Beautiful Ocean Villa is at the end of a quiet court, yet only a short walk to the Wai'ula'ula gated community recreation center and pool. This recreation center boasts an infinity pool that is to die for, and a kids pool for those with little ones. Lay on loungers in the water, enjoy the hot tub spa or cuddle up with your kids on one of the big orbital day beds. The recreation center also has a fitness center with stunning views of the pools and expansive Hawaii scenery. As a Guest in this home, you have the option of registering for the Mauna Kea Club Amenity program for $180/day, per group (not per person) providing you with the opportunity to enjoy exclusive benefits at both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach Hotels. Mauna Kea resort has two glorious beaches (Hapuna and Mauna Kea). With the optional daily resort fee you can use the chairs and towels at the hotel beaches, pools , tennis courts and golf courses. We provide bikes but a car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. Guests may also sign up for Mauna Kea Resort Privileges (prices set by Mauna Kea Resort) After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
